2. Customer Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for providing the correct Game ID, Username, or Invite Link. Monopoly Go Hub is not responsible for items sent to the wrong account due to typos or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  
• You agree that you are purchasing virtual items at your own discretion.
  

3. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

• Monopoly Go Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Scopely, Hasbro, or any other video game developer or publisher.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. No Refunds on Digital Goods
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an item, link, or digital asset has been dispatched, delivered, or transferred to your game account, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

• Unlike physical items, digital goods cannot be "returned" to our inventory once consumed or added to your game profile.
  

2. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following strict conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If we are unable to fulfill your order within 48 hours of purchase due to an error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.
  
• Accidental Double Payment: If PayPal processes your payment twice for a single order, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately.
  

3. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Because all transactions are processed securely through PayPal, we track all digital delivery logs (including in-game transfer screenshots, timestamps, and game logs).

• Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed through PayPal will result in a permanent ban from our store, and documentation will be provided to PayPal to successfully resolve the dispute in our favor.
